1. Pricing and Value Added Tax
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT and are displayed in UK Pounds (GBP).

2. Basis of Contract
Orders made are subject to acceptance and availability of stock we may choose at any time to cancel your order. No contract will exist between us until your order has been despatched.

3. Confirmation and Despatch
You will automatically receive an email confirming your order, providing you have entered your email address correctly when going through checkout. Orders are usually despatched within 4 working days of receiving cleared payment, subject to stock availability and work load. We will email you in the unlikely event that despatch is going to be longer than 4 working days (unless a longer despatch time has already been stated in the item description).

4. Methods of payment
You may pay by credit or debit card online.

5. Secure payment online
For your security Credit/Debit card details are collected securely by SagePay on a 128 bit secure server and processed using a Bank of Scotland merchant account. We never receive or see your Credit/Debit card details.

6. Return of Goods
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to a 7 day 'cooling-off period', during which you may return the goods. To obtain a refund for the cost of the goods you must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt that you intend to return the goods and they must be returned to us unused and in their original condition and packaging within a further 7 working days of your notification to us. Goods are returned at the customer's expense.
We are happy to refund payment for goods provided you have notified us beforehand, they are returned in unused condition and with their original packaging. We will refund customers the invoiced price of the goods only, not the original delivery charge. Where the original order qualified for free delivery we will deduct an amount to cover the cost of the original delivery, this will not exceed 10% of the order value.
Items which we have ordered in specially, have been printed or otherwise customized may not be returned.

7. Refunds and Faulty or Damaged Goods.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods please email us. You will be entitled to either a refund (including the cost of return postage) or a replacement. If we send you the wrong goods, we will refund the postal costs incurred in returning them to us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Non-delivery.
You will be sent an email notification when we despatch your order, in the event of non-delivery you should notify us no later than 5 working days after we send the despatch notification. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the despatch notification email within 4 working days of placing the order, then notification of non delivery must be made within 10 working days of the date of the original order, claims for non delivery will not be entertained after this period.

8a. If no one is available to sign for the goods when the carrier first attempts delivery they will leave a delivery card asking that you make contact with them. If you do not make contact with them, they will return the goods to us. You will then be liable for the delivery cost and any return costs levied on us by the carrier.

Should there be any dispute as to whether a delivery card has been left, the recipient will have to take this up with the carrier themselves. Unfortunately we are unable to get involved in this sort of dispute as we are remote from the point of delivery.

8b. If the carrier returns the goods to us as in 8a above and you want the order resending you will have to pay an additional charge to cover the redelivery. If you want us to treat the order as a return then we will refund you in accordance with our returns policy, less any return costs levied on us by the carrier. (Note: items that are not covered by our returns policy will not be refunded)

8c. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to you providing us with an incomplete or inaccurate delivery addres you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. If it is returned to us and you want us to treat it as a return then we will refund you in accordance with our returns policy, less any return costs levied on us by the carrier. (Note: items that are not covered by our returns policy will not be refunded)

8d. If you request that the carrier leaves your order without a signature (eg in the porch, in a shed, etc.) then you do so at your own risk. We will not accept any claim for non-delivery or damaged goods.

9. Product Characteristics and Availability
We make every effort to have stock available for all products illustrated on this web site but products may be withdrawn at any time. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the products you require, we will automatically refund you the full value of any such product, and delivery charge if appropriate. Because of continuous product development, products supplied may differ slightly from those illustrated on our site. Should you not be satisfied with any substitute we may send you, we will provide a full refund, including delivery charge if appropriate, upon receipt of the returned goods. Colours illustrated are subject to the normal limitations of electronic presentation. Any measurements and capacities quoted are approximate.

10. Promotional emails
From time to time we will email you with details of special offers and promotions. When you place an order with us your email address will automatically be added to our database. If you do not wish to receive such emails please email us and let us know and your email address will be removed from the database. Your email address will not be passed on to any third party and you can change your mind at any time by simply emailing us.
