What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on which delivery option you choose at checkout. Please see our Despatch & Delivery Policy for full details.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to most of the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) and to EU member states. There are a few exceptions Please see our Despatch & Delivery Policy for full details.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices shown on our products include UK VAT, when you view your shopping cart the VAT has been removed from each product then added as a total at the bottom. Delivery charges are show exclusive of VAT.
Are my Credit/Debit card details secure?
Yes, for your security Credit/Debit card details are collected securely by Secure Trading on a 128 bit secure server and processed using a First Data (Bank of Scotland) merchant account. We never receive or see your Credit/Debit card details.
Can we collect our order from your premises?
No, we are an internet based business and do not have any shop premises or facilities for personal callers.
When will you despatch our order and how long will delivery take after despatch?
It depends on which delivery option you choose at checkout. Please see our Despatch & Delivery Policy for full details.
What do you mean by working days?
Working days are usually Monday to Friday but exclude UK bank/public holidays. Special details about our Christams holidays will be published on this website during December. When calculating working days do not include the date we received your order (e.g. if we receive your order on a Monday, 1 working day = Tuesday, 2 = Wednesday, 3 = Thursday, 4 = Friday, 5 = the following Monday, etc.)
Do you have a minimum order value?
No, we do not have a minimum order value.
How do you despatch our order?
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail, but heavier orders may be sent by a commercial carrier such as UK Mail, DHL, etc. Overseas orders are always sent using a signed for service. Please see our Despatch & Delivery Policy for full details.
Can you deliver to a different address?
Yes. When going through checkout you have the opportunity to specify a different delivery address.
Can we specify a day and or time that our order will be delivered?
Unfortunately not, all orders are processed in the order we receive them. The actual date of despatch is subject to workload. We will send you an email when we despatch your order so you know it's on it's way. The delivery service we use depends on the choice you made at checkout, all of which which means we cannot be sure exactly when delivery will take place. To help our customers who are not home all day there is the option to specify an alternative delivery address during checkout, e.g. a friend, neighbour, relative or place of work.
Do you offer an express service?
Sorry no, all orders are dealt with in the order they are received. Please don't email us asking if your order can be pushed ahead of other orders as we don't like having to say no, but we won't do it as it would be unfair to our many customers who allow adequate time to receive their order.
Can we place an order by email, post or fax?
Sorry no, we are an internet based business and all orders must be placed on our web site.
Can we contact you by telephone?
As a purely internet based business and to keep our prices as competitive as possible we do not have a staffed sales office and therefore are unable to provide telephone support.
All enquiries are dealt with by email. We find this far more efficient and provides a written record of any information we have provided you with.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts are shown on all products where available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our website accepts most major credit and debit cards.
Why does the your website not recognise my log in details, even though I have previously ordered from you?
There are 3 possible reasons for this:-
1. You may have entered a different email address to the one you originally registered with us:- Our website recognises you by your email address then asks for your password to confirm that it is you. If you have changed your email address please log in using your old email address and password, you will be able to change your email address during checkout.
2. You may have previously registered on our other website www.rapidsupplies.co.uk:- This is a totally separate website and you will need to register your details again on this website.
3. The problem may be with your own computer:- You may like to try clearing your cache (temporary internet files and cookies) to see if this rectifies the problem. You could also try shutting your computer down and restarting, as we have known this to sometimes clear intermittent problems.
